Such a scam. Such a big scam!
Most of the time, including this bill, regulations are NOT to protrect the consumer as claimed. They are to protect big business from competition.
Many people have realized the dangers of our modern cosmetics and cleaners and are switching to handmade, natural products, even though they are way more expensive (unless you make them yourself. Then you might break even). Big Business is feeling the affects and has acted by buying a Senator to pass a bill that will bankrupt the small guy.
It's not right.
