  1. That's good that some people get more sleep but I never did. I always had a hard time with breast feeding although I did it anyway as long as I could. I knew that it was really good for the babies.

    Now that I have learned more about breast feeding and know that there are herbs that you can take to increase your milk production and all I probably could have done more herbs and have done better.

  2. I was unable to nurse my oldest either. I made it one week, but when she began spitting up my blood I decided it was better for her to be on formula than to have mommy cry every time sheheld her:-( Like you, had I known then what I know now I could have stuck it out much longer (I have successfully nursed all my other children.)

    What herbs have you learned about? I am aware of some but want to know more:-)
