I have said for years (and wrote in my book) that if you are going to use a white powder, sugar is the healthiest.
But that isn't saying much.
Sugar is a poison. The human body reacts to sugar just like it does to other low level poisons.
Just eliminating sugar and all artifical sweetners from your diet will have a tremendous affect on your health. We haven't quite arrived yet, but we are getting there.
My only iffy on white powders is stevia. I have seen videos of moms making a white powder in their own kitchen from dehydrated stevia. That is probably pretty good, relativly speaking, health wise. The straight herb or a tincture or infusion made from teh herb would be better.

I have advodcated for years to simply return to the diet God created; the one our ancestors ate until the mid 1800's. This means lots of animal fats (that's STEAK, people! plus butter, milk (preferably raw) bacon, etc) and very little processed foods, especially grains.
On a side note, I finally gave in and began soaking our grains/flours before making breads out of them (been reading about it for years, but meh. It's extra work). Articles say all our ancestors soaked their grains and flours in an acid medium before baking. The results?
Our homemade bread products are now fluffier and tastier! (my 19yo informed my 16yo he was not allowed to make pancakes without soaking ever again. Now, the 19yo doesn't have such authority in our house, but I'm afraid we all agreed with him:-D Jon's pancakes were good before. Now they are fantastic!)
And secondly, the acne in the house is disappearing! Oh my goodness! I hadn't even ever read about acne being linked to phyctic acids (what you are neutralizing when you soak your grains in acid), but there is a definite difference! (and with 2 young adults, 3 teenagers, a pre teen and 2 middle-agers who still have to deal with acne (which is just WRONG!), this is a BIG DEAL!)

Sigh. I have been studiously ignoring the lable on my febreeze bottle. Honestly, I don't use it often; just when something goes through the wash that I just can't get the smell out of, or on the mattress if the little one has an "accident" in his sleep. I guess we'll switch to EO lemon when these bottles are gone, though.
One thing I have been horrified about in reading lables lately is how many things have Propylene Glycol in them. THINGS WE EAT EVERYDAY!
Propylene Glycol, in case you didn't know, is anti-freeze- radiator fluid! This is the substance we are told is a deadly poison and we shouldn't let it run out on the ground when we drain our radiator because it will kill any puppies or kittens that lick it (it's sweet).
I have found Propylene Glycol in artificial food flavorings (the kind you buy to flavor cookies or cakes with), the squirty things you are supposed to flavor water with, shampoo, and many other things.
And did you know no one really knows how they make High Fructose Corn Syrup (from dent corn, not sweet corn by the way), but we do know the factories buy massive amounts of....you guessed it....Propylene Glycol.
And PG is a known carcinogen.

I increasingly think of this verse when thinking of the whole vaccine thing. It seems right o us that you can fool the immune system into thinking you have had a disease and build immunity to it. It is turning out that when you mess with the immune system, you mess the immune system up.

Sounds like doctors are learning how to push propaganda.
Studies show that it is the most educated parents who are refusing vaccines.
If the evidence is so strong in support of vaxes, why do parents have to be manipulated and forced into using them? Especially the parents with the most resources and who are the most likely to know how study and read the evidence?
This article used the term "overeducated parents." SERIOUSLY?!?
So its better for people to be uneducated, uncaring parents?
